These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Little Talk. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.
1. Overview
Little Talk is a subscription‑based early language exposure program that delivers weekly digital content. Access is available only while your subscription is active.
2. Free Trial
Your subscription begins with a 7‑day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
3. Subscription Access
Active subscribers receive:
One new week of content every 7 days
Access to all previously unlocked content
Recap weeks every 5th week
If your subscription ends, all access is removed at the end of your billing cycle.
4. Pausing Your Subscription
You may pause your subscription for up to 60 days per calendar year. During a pause:
Billing stops
New content stops unlocking
Previously unlocked content remains accessible
After 60 paused days, you must resume or cancel.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing cycle. After that date, all content becomes unavailable.
6. Rejoining
If you rejoin after cancelling, your subscription restarts from Week 1. Progress is not retained after cancellation.
7. Intellectual Property
All Little Talk content is owned by Little Talk and may not be copied, shared, or distributed. Standard subscriptions grant personal, non‑transferable access for one household.
Daycare Use
Daycare centres, early‑learning services, or group settings require a separate daycare licence. Household subscriptions cannot be used in group environments.
8. Appropriate Use
You agree not to:
Share your login
Reproduce or distribute content
Use the program for commercial or group purposes without a licence
9. Limitation of Liability
Little Talk provides language‑exposure content but does not guarantee specific learning outcomes. We are not liable for:
Interruptions to service
Platform downtime
Loss of access due to cancellation or non‑payment
